We believe that our experience in association management will result in a long and successful business relationship. Many of our associations have been with us since the beginning. To eliminate any conflicts of business, we do not do any property rentals. This enables us to put your association first. We are looking out for every owner.

Coastline Management was formed in June 2006. We have had a very steady and strong growth over the years.

At this time our portfolio includes 47 associations, made up of both Homeowner Associations and Condominium Owners Associations. The original group of associations is still with us after 13 years. Our managers currently have over 75 years’ experience in management, with over 50 years of that in association management. We strongly feel that with our experience we can provide a high level of service and expertise to you and your projects.
